2012 – Tourism Destination Development for Emirat in the Gulf Area (UAE). Coordination and initial implementation of tourism development masterplan (feasibility, infrastructure, organisational structure, strategy, educational requirements, product- and service portfolio, market segmentation, customer experience) in an area in Gulf Region including restructuring the relevant TA and Destination Marketing Body.

2014/2015 – Market entry facilitation for German machinery producer and upscale interior accessories in SEA (Indonesia, Myanmar, Hongkong, Singapore, Vietnam), setting up wholesaler distribution and after sales services
2013 - 2015 - Turnaround and restructuring private hotel group in Germany on behalf of new investors from Russia, facilitation of exit strategy.
2015 - 2018 - Post Merger Integration and strategic repositioning of a Swiss national icon mountain and ski resort operation company, new source markets, new product, new visitor experience and 360° digitalization initiative (e-commerce, pricing, AR/VR, CRM etc.)
2017/2018 – Coordinator and Advisor for masterplanning and development of a „smart city“ mountain resort (Jebel Jais Development), joint-venture with development company.
2016 – 2022 - Started out in a Lead Consultancy role and emerged in a full time Execution mandate in „resort development“ for the Chinese mountain resort and ski areas Wanlong (Hebei Province) and Yanqjing (Beijing Province, sites of the alpine skiing competitions Olympic Winter Games Beijing 2022), for Post-Olympic Strategy to develop all-year-resort infrastructure and offerings. Real Estate, organizational and business development from greenfield to viable visitor experience, commissioning and asset management.
